Proudly awarded 5 stars by Durham County Council
Here at Shincliffe we understand how hard it can be to be parted from your beloved dogs when your away. As huge animal lovers and pet owners ourselves we fully understand and want to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. With our ‘treat all dogs as if they were our own’ and our very hands on approach we will soon have your dog feeling happy and content.
Customer News
Due to bookings being made and then having people just not showing up on the day we are left with no choice but to now take deposits. We are turning people away from bookings for people then to not show up! The deposits therefore are non refundable and we will require 25% of the booking upfront to secure the kennel. Bookings will not be confirmed until this has been paid.
Our winter hours will begin on the 1st October. Drop offs and collections for Kennels and Cattery will be between 9am-11:30am and 2:30pm-4pm. Any times out of these hours are via prior arrangement only and at our discretion. We are closed between 12pm-2pm daily.
