Our kennels and cattery is situated outside Durham in a secluded quiet area surrounded by fields and trees providing a tranquil environment.

CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT

We are pleased to announce we will be re-opening on Friday 30th April 2021.

NOTE: Until this date any drop offs/collections or visits to the kennels will be by appointment only. Please contact us arrange this.

Initially we will be running at reduced opening hours:
Monday to Saturday 9.30am – 4pm
Sunday 10am – 3pm

We will have measures in place for everyone’s safety. Hand sanitiser will be available in our reception area, only 1 customer in reception at any one time and if possible print out a booking form online and have it filled in to give to staff on arrival.

Also our card machines will not be available so we will only be accepting cash payments for the moment.

Kennels

Dogs of all breeds and sizes are welcome and accepted for boarding on both long and short term stays. Each dog has their own heated kennel, to provide a warm and cosy environment. All dogs will have access to a covered outdoor run, and are exercised, sometimes unsupervised, daily on a individual basis in the outdoor paddock

Everything, blankets toys and plastic beds are provided to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

Cattery

For our feline friends, the cattery provides individual indoor chalets of various sizes enabling one or more cats to be housed together in a comfortable and relaxing environment. During the winter months the cattery is centrally heated, providing a warm cosy relaxing atmosphere, to make our feline guests feel totally at home.

Following the opening in April we no-longer require a deposit during booking

During the festive period any animals boarding on Christmas Eve/Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve/Day will incur an additional charge of 2.50 per animal per day.

We have recently been awarded 5 stars by Durham County Council which we are extremely proud of.
